Approach

How I Work

No-nonsense, inventive, and unconventionally pragmatic. I create psychological safety while maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes.

My work begins with listening. I create the conditions for honest dialogue: psychological safety combined with constructive challenge. From there, I assess the situation and offer perspective that balances intellectual analysis with emotional intelligence.

I draw on experience at HAVI Logistics, McDonald's International, DDB, and De Baak, combined with deep coaching expertise. This gives me a unique ability to understand both the business dynamics and the human dynamics at play in every boardroom.

The Process

A clear path from diagnostic to sustainable outcomes.

01

Diagnostic Conversation

We begin with an in-depth intake to understand your situation, challenges, and goals. I listen, observe, and ask the questions that matter, creating clarity about what's really going on beneath the surface.

02

Tailored Strategy

Based on our diagnostic, I design a bespoke approach. This could range from individual coaching sessions to team workshops, boardroom facilitation, or an ongoing advisory partnership. Every engagement is unique.

Implementation & Support

We work together through the agreed program. I bring no-nonsense feedback, psychological safety, and practical tools. I balance analytical insight with emotional intelligence to keep progress on track.

04

Sustainable Growth

The goal is always lasting change. I help embed new behaviors, strengthen team dynamics, and build the self-awareness needed for continued development long after our engagement ends.
